Mr. Henline was an amazing individual along with his loving wife, whom he gave credit to for his health by seeing that he ate healthy and being by his side. He was so helpful to grief stricken families and loved ones. When my sister and I came to he and Eloise to discuss arrangements for our mother,, Josephine Dupkowski Hughes who went home to be with Our Savior at 38 yrs. old, we were treated with so much loving care that there are no words to describe the length of compassion bestowed on us. Many times over the years I saw his kind smile and greeting as he took care of friends and loved ones. There are few people in this world who make an impression on you at a young age that continues on. The Love and compassion we show to others in a Godly way is what we leave behind. Prayers for you Eloise!

Everyone at Henline-Hughes was so helpful and compassionate with the service for my mother, Ruby Runion Kelley on November 21, 2020. Since Mom needed to be transported from Maryland to NC, there were many factors to consider, as well as Covid concerns. We could not have asked for anything better.

I worked with Henline-Hughes Funeral home from Charlotte for the last two months planning my parents service. I have never been more impressed than I was working with Mr. Henline. He took care of every detail and made everything so easy. It was always so enjoyable talking with him and knowing he would handle everything. The service was this past Saturday and it was perfect.

James, Eloise and staff I appreciate all that you did in Our time of need .

Elizabeth loved her Lord and was a faithful wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her family and friends so much! She overcame many obstacles with courage and grace and was an inspiration to so many. We will miss you, Elizabeth.

Thank you all so much for being there in our time of sorrow. And for being willing to help in any way when my sister in law Ella Mae Silvers passed away. All the staff was very respectful and caring.
