William Earl "Billy" Harvell Jr age 63 of Bad Creek rd., Bakersville, NC passed away November 21, 2019. Billy was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a son of the late William and Betty Garland Harvell. He was a veteran of The United States Navy and formerly employed with Buck Stove Corporation.

Survivors include his two sisters; Ann Picard and Jo Chmura.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 14, 2020 at 1:00PM at Garland Cemetery on B&B rd. in Bakersville with John McKinney officiating.
