Sarah Rhonda (Randolph) Ledford

Sarah "Rhonda" Randolph Ledford, age 72 of Hobson Rd, Bakersville, NC went home to be with the Lord, March 9, 2023.

She was a native of Mitchell County and a daughter of the late Yates and Alice Woody Randolph. She was retired from Hampshire Hosiery as a supervisor.

Rhonda was a member and attended Cornerstone Bible Church until her health no longer permitted it. She loved her church and her church family. She also loved her family and especially her grandson. She enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, and spending holidays with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Dickie Ray Ledford, of the home, two daughters Shawna Hughes (John), of Piney Flats, TN, and Kayla Ledford (Joseph Boyter), of Marion, NC, one sister Loris McKinney (Ronald), of Marion, NC, and her grandson Joshua Carter Hughes.

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by a brother Morris Dean Randolph.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 3:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Reverends Anthony Penland and Jerry Grogan officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Baxter Hobson Cemetery.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Compassionate Care of Western North Carolina for their care of Rhonda especially Brandy Ledford and all the other nurses that assisted in her care and memorials can be made at 856 Georges Fork Rd. Burnsville, NC 28714.
