Virginia Salts, age 74, of NC 261, Bakersville, NC passed away October 5, 2019. She was a native of Flat Ridge, Virginia and a daughter of the late Richard and Ruth Roberts Parks. She was previously employed in home health care. Virginia attended Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two daughters; Regina Salts, of Bakersville, NC, and Vonnie Parks, of Sugar Grove, Virginia, one son; Ronnie Lee Salts, of Church Hill Tennessee, four sisters; Dorothy Keys, Hattie Parks, Zetta Hicks, and Lori Martin, all of Sugar Grove, Virginia, one brother; Danny Parks, of Sugar Grove, Virginia, former husband; Frank Salts Jr., of Bakersville, NC, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 7:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with G.B. Garland officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Virginia.
