Troy Peterson, 76, of Green Mountain, NC passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 after a period of declining health. He was the son of the late Manuel and Jennie Bennett Peterson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lucille Peterson and brothers: Robert and Lonnie Peterson.

Troy is survived by his two sons: Chris Peterson and wife Bridgett of Erwin, TN and Terrence Peterson and wife Jennifer of Burnsville, NC; sisters: Janie Booth of Jonesborough, TN and Martha Murphy of Green Mtn, NC; four grandchildren also survive.

Troy's request was that no funeral services be held.
