Bakersville – Susanne C. Watson, 64, long time resident of Buladean on Beans Creek Road, passed into heaven overnight Sunday, April 5, 2015. Susanne was born in Detroit on November 10, 1950. She and her loving husband, Dwight, had been married for 38 years. A former CNA, Sue found quiet peace working in her flower gardens that surrounded their house.

Survivors include son, Dwayne and wife, Traci, and two grandchildren, Alexanderia and Christopher; brother, Robert Groff and wife, Barbara, in New Port Richey, Fl; sister, Kate Groff, in Bakersville and her two sons; sisters-in-law, Angela Honeycutt, Marcia Githens, and Joan Holt, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, April 11, at the Beans Creek Cemetery.
