Robin Greene Street, 54, of 226 Shady Lane, Bakersville, NC passed away peacefully on December 27, 2023, at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a 1987 graduate of Mitchell High School and a member of Little Rock Baptist Church where she was active for many years. Robin was employed by Baxter Labs for several years, later at Little Pow Wow Daycare.

Robin had a cheerful, bubbly personality and a kindhearted way of making people feel at ease. She loved to shop, spend time at the beach, and was active in PTA fundraisers. She was also a huge Tennessee Vols fan.

Survivors include her beloved son, Peyton Street, formerly of Jonesboro, TN. Peyton now resides in Bakersville. Parents, Bobby and Diane Harrell Greene of Bakersville; one sister, Heather Gouge (Brady) of Bakersville, one brother, Brandon Greene (Amber) also of Bakersville; step daughter, Ashley Simerly (Kenny) of Jonesboro, TN; step son, Timothy Street (Jezika) also of Jonesboro; nieces, Emily, Audrey, Shelby, and Avery Greene; grandchildren, Gracie, Grayson, and Gloria Street, and Anakin Simerly. She also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 4:00 PM at the Little Rock Creek Baptist Church where the family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 PM for one hour prior to the service. Reverend Keith Beck and Reverend Russell McKinney will be officiating. Burial will be Monday, January 1, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Randolph Family Cemetery.

If preferred, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Henline-Hughes Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.

A very special Thank You is extended to the Doctors and Nurses in the ICU  department at Johnson City Medical Center for caring so well for Robin and their kindness and compassion toward the family.
