Reba Edwards, age 85, of Morganton, formerly of Bakersville, passed away on Friday, April 14th, 2017 at Burke County Hospice and Palliative Care.  A native of Greene County , TN , she was a daughter of the late George and Josie Phillips and wife of the late Andy Edwards.  She was also preceded in death by four sisters; one brother; great-grandson, Andrew Edwards and son-in-law, Mack Massey. Surviving is her daughter, Ann Massey of Morganton; son, Charles Edwards and wife, Faye, of Spruce Pine; grandchildren:  Rhonda Chapman, Chad Edwards and wife, Patricia and C.J. Edwards and wife, Marissa and great-grandchildren: Amber Chapman, Christopher Chapman, Stephanie Chapman, Jamonti Jackson, Makayla Edwards and Luke Edwards. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Bill Ledford and T.J. Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Fairview Presbyterian Cemetery in Greeneville , TN.
