Peggy Campbell Cox, age 74 went home to be with the Lord, January 4, 2017 . She was a daughter of the late Nave and Daisy Mosley Campbell and a native of Mitchell County, NC. She was previously employed in Restaurant Work and also as a Hospice Caregiver. She was a member of Buladean Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include: two daughters; Teresa Lantz, and Cynthia Baringer, one son; Todd Baringer, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, brothers; Hal Campbell, Wade Campbell, Bobby Campbell, and Earl Campbell, several nieces and nephews, and a special friend; Mary Ann Endicott.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Margaret Humphreys and brothers; Fred and Wayne Campbell.

A memorial service will be held August 19, 2017 at 2:00PM in Buladean Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wanda Woodby officiating.
