PATTY LYNN PETERSON STREET

Patty Lynn Peterson Street, age 57 of Blevins Branch Rd, Bakersville, NC (Buladean Community), passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015.

She was a native of Mitchell County, NC and was a homemaker. She was a member of Odom's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and a graduate of Bowman High School . She was previously employed with NCNB Bank in Spruce Pine, NC, and was also a substitute teacher at Mitchell High School . Patty delighted in home decorating, and enjoyed car shows. She was an avid reader, and loved all animals especially her Dachshund "Buddy".

Survivors include: her husband, Alvin W. Street of the home, parents; Ephlee and Adene Byrd Peterson of Green Mountain, NC, one daughter, Dana Street Ledford (Tommy) of Bakersville, NC, one son, Derrick Street (Tracy), of Bakersville, NC, two brothers; Stacey Chad Peterson, and Garry Lee Peterson both of Green Mountain, NC, four grandchildren; Abbigayle Lynn Street, Jess Ledford, Alli Ledford, and Lexi Nanney .

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian Kenny Peterson and Gerald Keith Peterson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 8:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Randy English and Marvin Miller officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will be Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 3:00PM at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Johnson City , TN.
