Patsy L. Barlow, age 66, of Roan Mountain, TN passed away December 8, 2019. She was a native of Avery County, NC and a daughter of the late Eli and Clytie McClellan.

She was a homemaker and a member of Cove Creek Community Church.

Survivors include: her husband; Jack Barlow, three daughters; Teresa Johnson (Sherman), of Roan Mountain, TN, Kathy McClellan, of Spruce Pine, NC, Holly, of Elizabethton, TN, two sons; John Ingram (Melissa), of Roan Mountain, TN, and Dale (Heather), of Bakersville, NC, three brothers; Doug McClellan, of Newland, NC, Jerry McClellan, of Spruce Pine, NC, and Dennis McClellan, also of Spruce Pine, NC, three grandchildren; Hannah Ingram, Ashleigh Ingram, and Eli McClellan

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by one brother Raymond McClellan.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 2:00PM at Barlow Family Cemetery, with Reverend Randy English officiating.
