Patricia Jane Dowd, 82 of Bakersville, NC passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 in the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. A native of Chicago, IL she was the daughter of the late Erwin and Angeline Noyer. She was a retired registered nurse with the former Spruce Pine Community Hospital.

Survivors include her son, Arthur A. Myrberg of Bakersville, NC; sister, Pricilla Reser of Austin, TX; grandchildren: Ashley, Brooke and Hannah Myrberg.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, May 26, 2018 in the Kona Cemetery, Hwy 80, Bakersville, NC.
