Dateline: Bakersville, NC

Mary F. Dellinger, age 75 of Hwy 226N, Bakersville, NC went home to be with the Lord October 4, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Earl and Etta Hoilman Forbes and was retired from Ethan Allen Furniture. She was a member of Rockdale Baptist Church and she loved her dogs Allie, Buddy, and Molly.

Survivors include; a brother; Carroll Forbes, two stepsons; Jaime Dellinger (Traci), and Randy Dellinger, five step grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by; her husband; James Dellinger, two brothers; Earl Forbes Jr., and Ralph Forbes, two sisters; Florence Dowell, and Judy Honeycutt.

A private graveside service will be held at Green Young Cemetery with Larry Greene and Kent Murphy officiating.
