Marjorie Faith Ernst, age 89 of Mountain Laurel Drive, Spruce Pine, NC passed away September 17, 2015 at The Mitchell House Spruce Pine, NC. She was a native of Muskingum, Ohio and a daughter of the late Homer and Lucille West Grimes. She was of the Baptist Faith and a retired Banker with Lee County Bank in Fort Myers, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Ernst.

Survivors include her son, R. Matthew Ernst and wife Sarah Lorine, of Spruce Pine, NC, two grandchildren; Bobbie Faith Ernst, and Robert Morgan Ernst, one sister, Winnie Grimes Jones of Newark, Ohio, and two brothers; Daniel Grimes, of Newark, Ohio, and Don H. Grimes, of Albany, Illinois.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 2:00PM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Blowing Rock, NC, with Reverend William Ellis officiating. Interment will follow the service.
