Lowell Rice, age 79 of Bakersville, NC passed away April 13, 2015 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC. He was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a son of the late Andrew and Ella Mae Hardin Rice. No services are planned at this time. Henline - Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the Rice Family.
