Linda Conley Presnell went home to be with her Lord on August 19th, 2024 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born in Mitchell County NC on June 24th, 1955. She worked as a CNA and was well traveled visiting many major cities in the US. She lived in Bakersville with her sister Brenda where she enjoyed watching Law and Order, British Dramas, and schooling others in Wheel of Fortune.

She was preceded in death by her son Jeremiah Presnell, brother Robert Conley, mother Joan Conley and father Ray Conley.

She leaves behind many family and friends who will miss her dry humor and giving spirit. She is survived by her granddaughters Karen Renee Presnell and Kaitlyn Joann Presnell, sisters Lisa Burleson, Marie Mayberry, Brenda Miller and brother Richard Conley and wife Debbie. Her family would like to thank the staff of Johnson City Medical Center for the care they provided during her final days.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 1:00 until 2:00PM in Henline - Hughes Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Baxter Hobson Cemetery with her nephew Caleb Miller officiating.
