Lillie M. Bray, 81 of the Buladean Community, Bakersville, NC passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Mollie Bennett Gardner. She was a member of Big Rock Creek Baptist Church and she enjoyed gardening and yard work. Lillie was a loving wife to her late husband, James Joseph Bray. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Ethel Armstrong and Wilma Burleson, and her brothers, Bascomb and Bradley  Gardner.

Lillie is survived by her sister, Katie Jones and husband James and her brother, Fred Gardner all of Bakersville and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 3, 2021 in the Beans Creek Cemetery with Rev. William Ellis officiating.
