Leona Mable Houseman, 82, of Hampton , TN passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at her home. A native of Mitchell County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Myrtle Grindstaff Garland and the wife of the late Davy L. Houseman who died in 2011. She was a member of the Tri-City Church of God in Hampton . In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy Ledford and daughter, Revonda L. Hedrick.

Survivors include three sons: Richard Dean Ledford and Roger Wayne Ledford both of Baltimore , MD and Robert Fred Ledford of Florida ; also 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 11, 2017 in the Phillips Cemetery , Hwy 226 North, Bakersville , NC . Revs. Randy English and Richard Bawgus will officiate.
