John Nathaniel Woody, 75, of Hampton, TN passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at his home. He was the son of the late Otto and Corinne Pannell Woody and was a member of  Fairview Freewill Baptist Church in Hampton, TN.

John is survived by his wife, Kathy Patrick Woody of the home; daughter, Laura Cassidy and husband Scott of Los Vegas, NV; son, James Woody and wife Lisa of Powell, TN; sister, Delora Vines of Elizabethton, TN; grandchildren: Samantha Cassidy and Gabriel Cassidy; step grandchildren: Jared and Jason Jilton both of Johnson City, TN.

Graveside services will be  2:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2019 in the Bakersville Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Gary Whitehead officiating.
