Jesse J. Green age 95, of South Hwy 226, Bakersville, NC passed away July 17, 2016. He was a son of the late Jesse and Lela Phillips Green, and a native of Mitchell County, NC.

Survivors include: two granddaughters; Kimberley E. Green, of Arizona, and Rose A. Manzo, of California, one grandson; Robert P. Green, of California, and eleven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his wife Eileen Webb Green, a son; Ronald P. Green, a daughter; Pamela E. Hill, and a grandson; Ronald T. Green.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. William Ellis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
