Charlotte J. Troutman, age 83 of Walnut Cr Drive, Marshall NC passed away August 15, 2013 at John F Keever Solace Center in Asheville, NC. She was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a daughter of the late W. C. and Fannie Buchanan Huskins. She was retired from Western Electric. Survivors include; her son Douglas Troutman and wife Janice of Baltimore, MD, one daughter Jan Beebe and husband Bob, of Marshall, NC, three sisters; Margaret Church, of Norwich, NY, and Mary Harrison, of Marshall, NC, and Betty Davis, of Charlottesville, VA, one brother Ray Huskins, of Norwich, NY, grandchildren; Jennifer Landrus, Michael Beachem, Amanda and Scott Troutman, great grandchildren; Olivia and Elijah Beachem, Kellie and Kaitlyn Landus.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 19, 2013 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Henline – Hughes Funeral Home with Reverend Larry Greene officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 1:00PM at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens Chapel 10201 Bird River Rd, Baltimore MD, 21220.
