Bulah Clark Howard, age 77 of Linville Street , Newland , NC passed away February 26, 2016 . She was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a daughter of the late Halder and Theodora McKinney Ingram. She was retired from North American Rayon in Elizabethton , TN. She was a member of Middle District Freewill Baptist Church in Bakersville , NC , and had also attended New Life Baptist Church in Newland , NC .

Survivors include: her daughter; Deborah L. Gragg, of Newland , NC , her son; Dana Allen Clark Jr., of Hampton , TN , a sister; Lucille Powell, of Winston Salem, NC, two grandchildren; Jeffrey Clark and Kristi Sanders, four great grandchildren; Cooper, Mia and Ava Sanders, and Lexie Clark, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by: one brother; Donald Ingram, and three sisters; Faye Ledford, Dollie Hunter, and Biddie Stockton.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February, 27, 2016 at 8:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Scottie Jenkins, Alvin Carpenter, and Brent Price officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will be Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 2:00PM at Ingram Cemetery ( Broad Branch Rd ).
