Brooke Greene, age 38 of Bakersville, NC passed away April 21, 2016. She was a native of Mitchell County, NC. She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church, and was employed in the rental management business.

Survivors include her parents, Russell and Sondra Hobson Greene, of Bakersville, NC, maternal grandmother, Helen Slagle Hobson, aunt, Sherry Slagle Hobson, and cousin, Adam Hopson, all of Bakersville, NC.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wiley Hobson, and her paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Kate Greene.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 5:00PM at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Randy Wise and Larry Greene officiating. Interment will follow the service.
