Bobby J. Kennard, age 86, of Spruce Pine, NC went home to be with the Lord. July 30, 2018.

Survivors include: daughters; Toni Lea Fuller (Chuck), of Kingwood, TX, Angela Soderland, of Friendswood, TX, and Katherine Bernal (Dan), of Bardstown, KY, grandchildren; Christina Pate, Laura Lashway, Kevin Soderland, Thomas Bing, Jessica Quintero, and Cody Sue Ury, great grandchildren; Arielle Henry, and Ethan Pate, Caden Bins, Addison Bins, Emma Bins, and Nelson Bins, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by: wives; Johanna Janak Kennard, and Laura Miller Kennard, sisters; Ada Carole Moore, Doris "Dottie" Primeau, and Lavenia Ann Jacobs, brothers; James Nathan, Murray Warren, Thomas Albert, Vernon Lee, William Rufus, James Pinkney, Roger Howe, Charles Edward, and Oscar Kent Kennard, and stepdaughter Gerarda Marie Iglesias.

Services will be held at a later date in Texas.
