Amy Marie Burleson, age 46, of Wallace Street, Spruce Pine, NC passed away December 12, 2021 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. A native of Mitchell County, NC she was a daughter of the late Joe Burleson and Margaret Ollis. She was previously employed at Ethan Allen Furniture. Amy was a kind hearted person and enjoyed helping others, raising her dogs, and feeding her birds. She loved her family fiercely and always made sure to take care of them and check on them.

Survivors include; three sons; Joseph Tyler Osbon, of Spruce Pine, NC, Jared Blake Osbon, of Morganton, NC, and Christian Jade Osbon, of Bakersville, NC, two sisters; Lisa Autrey (Jeremy), of Spruce Pine, NC, Jill Burleson (Tony), of Bakersville, NC, two brothers; Rodney Burleson (Joelean), of Spruce Pine, NC, and Jason Burleson, of Bakersville, NC, her companion and best friend; Renard Williamson, of the home, special friend; David Osbon, of Marion, NC, and six nieces; Kristen Autrey, Ashley Autrey, Destiny Burleson, Heaven Burleson, Courtney Buchanan, and Chelsea Fox.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 27, 2021 at 7:00PM in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Reverend Bruce Cannon officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
