Robert Street Jr, age 76 of North Hwy 226 (Big Rock Community),
Bakersville NC, passed away April 5, 2007. He was a Native of
Mitchell County, NC and a Veteran of The United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Street was a Truck Driver, and a Farmer.
Survivors include; daughter, Martha Buchanan, and husband J.R. of
Mocksville, NC, and grandson, Kane Buchanan, also of Mocksville, NC,
He was preceded in death by; parents, Robert Street Sr., and
Stella Street, and a son, Mark Street, and one sister, Ozella
Tipton. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 10 at
2:00PM at Middle District Church Cemetery (Hwy 226 North). The
family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the
cemetery. Graveside services will be officiated by Roger Laws.
