Judy Anne Roberts, age 57 of Davis Cemetery Rd, Bakersville NC
passed away May 26, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Carl and
Mozelle Briggs Johnson and a member of Mine Creek Baptist Church
where she was the WMU Director for many years.
Survivors include husband Clarence David Roberts of the home,
daughter, Michelle Leigh Allen, of Marshall, NC, sons, Carl Michael
Eugene Roberts and wife Pamela, of Bakersville, NC, and Stephen Mark
David Roberts, of the home, one sister, Mae Stanley, of Bakersville,
NC, a grandson, Danny Petrella, and her beloved pugs, Shang, Pugsley,
and Savannah. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Patsy
Lee Johnson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 27, 2010
at 7:00PM in Mine Creek Baptist Church with Kenneth Murphy, Jeff
Brewer, and Frank Wyatt officiating. The family will receive friends
two hours prior to the service. Interment will be Friday, May 28,
2010 at 11:00AM at Mine Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (Davis
Cemetery Rd).
