Robert Fred Putman
Robert Fred
Putman, age 73 passed away April 29, 2008 at the Life Care Center
in Elizabethton Tennessee. He was a native of Mitchell County and
was the son of the late Roy Putman and Stella Street Putman. He was
retired form General Motors in Cleveland Ohio.
Survivors
include; Daughters, Debra Burleson of Bakersville NC and Sandra
Hanley of Mentor Ohio, sons, Robert Putman Jr. of Hickory NC,
Roger Putman of Reno Nevada, and Randall Putman of Lovell Wyoming,
three sisters, Frances Odom of Bakersville NC, Trula Taylor of
Knoxville TN, and Roma Jean Ziebrowski of Ohio., two brothers Floyd
Putman and Kenneth Putman both of Ohio, eleven grandchildren and
five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was
preceded in death by one granddaughter Tina Burleson.
Funeral
services will be held Friday, May 2nd at 8:00 PM in the
chapel of Henline-Hughes Funeral Home, with Randy English and
Bobby Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends from
5:30 until the service hour . Interment will be Saturday, May 3 at
11:00 at the Hughes Cemetery on Odoms Chapel Road in Bakersville NC.
Henline-Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the Putman family.
