POLECHIO
Rodney Wayne Polechio, age 52 of Dale Shook Rd, Spruce Pine, NC
passed away June 21, 2010 at his home. He was a Native of Mitchell
County, NC and previously self employed in the nursery business.
Rodney loved flower gardening and enjoyed the outdoors, artwork, and
painting.
Survivors include; his mother Louella Polechio, of the home, one
daughter, Heather Marie Polechio, and one son, Michael Wayne
Polechio, both of Asheville, NC, three brothers, Alan Polechio, of
Brunswick, NC, Doug Polechio, of the home, and Randy Polechio, and
wife Sonia, and nephew, William Polechio, all of Newland, NC.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 25, 2010 at 2:00PM in
Beaver Creek Baptist Church with Jason Kritz, Steve Sisk, and Brian
Bullis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior
to the service. Interment will follow at Yellow Mountain Cemetery.
