| DATELINE: BAKERSVILLE, NC DAVID NORMAN
David Norman, age 71, of Conley Ridge Road passed away April 10,
2010 at his residence. He was a native of Mitchell County, NC,
and was the son of the late Willard and Lillie Thomas Norman.
He had previously worked at Henredon Furniture Company and was a
member of Mine Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include: wife, Vondina Lloyd Norman of the home,
daughters, Sherry Byrd and husband Bobby of Spruce Pine, NC,
Kimberly Ledford and husband Clifford of Bakersville, NC, Kristy
Daniels and husband Bo of Newdale, NC, son, Kenneth Norman and wife
Mary Lou of Marion, NC, sister, Rosa Lee Ledford of Bakersville, NC,
brother, Bruce Norman of Bakersville, NC, seven grandchildren, Kayla
Norman, Bobby and David Byrd, Shawna and Ethan Ledford, Jacob and
Samuel Daniels.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 2:00PM
in the Chapel of Henline-Hughes Funeral Home in Bakersville, NC.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Marvin
Hensley will be officiating the service. Interment will follow
in the Mine Creek Cemetery.
