Nat Miller Jr.
Nat Miller Jr., age 72, passed away June 10,
2010 at the McDowell Hospital in Marion, NC. He was a native of
Mitchell County, NC, and was the son of the late Nat Miller Sr. and
Lillie Street Miller. He had previously worked at Lexington
Furniture and was a member of the Upper Pigeon Roost Freewill
Baptist Church.
Survivors include: son, Jimmy Miller of
Burnsville, NC, daughters, Janice Banks and husband Scott of Marion,
NC, Jennifer Jackson and husband Jamie of Marion, NC, sister, Laura
Miller Kennard of Spruce Pine, NC, grandchildren, Christian and
Nathan Banks, Jessica Pace, and Garatt Jackson.
He was preceded in death by: sisters, Sarah Ann
Letterman, Daisy Miller, Julie Jamerson, brothers, Howard, Henry,
Wes, and Frank Miller.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 13,
2010 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Henline-Hughes Funeral Home in
Bakersville, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Norman Loveless will be officiating the service. Interment will
follow at the Bennett Cemetery on Pigeon Roost Road.
Henline-Hughes is assisting the Miller family.
