LETTERMAN
Clarence B. Letterman age 81 of Crabtree Rd, Spruce Pine, NC passed
away June 22, 2007 at Spruce Pine Community Hospital. He was a
native of Yancey County, NC and the son of the late Robert and Annie
Letterman. He was a Veteran of The United States Air Force.
Survivors include; son, David Letterman, of Spruce Pine, NC,
sister, Elizabeth L. Carpenter, of Bakersville, NC, one brother,
Reverend John C. Letterman, of Marion, NC, and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by; daughter, Joy Letterman Green, sister,
Grace Tomes, and one brother, Robert N. Letterman. Funeral
services will be held Sunday, June 24 at 3:00PM in the chapel of
Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Lawrence Glenn officiating. The
family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment
will follow at Burnette Cemetery.
