Dollie Mae Hoilman age 89 of 292 Feldspar Street, Spruce Pine, NC
passed away Friday, December 21 at her home. She was a native of
Mitchell County, NC and the daughter of the late Willard and Minnie
Buchanan Duvall. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.
Survivors include; two daughters, Barbara Jean Shorb, of Gettysburg,
Pa, and Billie Lane Hoilman, of Bakersville, NC, three sons, Conard
Lee Bridge, of Union Bridge Md, Charles Willard Bridge and Jess
Hoilman Jr., both of Bakersville, NC, one sister, Christine
Honeycutt, of Bakersville, NC, and one brother, Noah Duvall, of
Bakersville, NC, thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great
grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by; husband, Jess Hoilman, four
brothers, Bob, Tom, Leonard, and Norman, two sisters, Eva and Nora.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 23, 2007 at 8:00PM in
the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Ronnie Gouge and
Larry Greene officiating. The family will receive friends two hours
prior to the service. Interment will be Monday, December 24, at
11:00AM at L. G. Gouge Memorial Cemetery (Hwy 226 North).
