RAY GOUGE
Ray Gouge, age 85 of Navaho Drive, Johnson City, TN passed away
September 14, 2007 at James H Quillen VA Medical Center. He was a
native of Mitchell County, NC and the son of the late Ed and Nannie
Gouge. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and employed with
the Veterans Administration in Mountain Home TN. He was a member of
Boone Trail Baptist Church.
Survivors include; sons, Sammy Gouge and wife Dottie, of
Jonesborough, TN, and Douglas Wayne Gouge and wife Barbara, of
Jearoldstown, TN, five grandchildren, Sammy, Katie, Jeff, Mary, and
Bobbie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Campbell
Gouge. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 17 at
8:00PM in Morris Baker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends
two hours prior to the service. Interment will be Tuesday, September
18th at 11:00am at Roselawn Cemetery with graveside services
conducted by VFW. Henline - Hughes Funeral Home in Bakersville, NC
is in charge of arrangements. |
