William
Harold Crane, age 83, passed away March 16, 2009 in Bakersville,
NC. He was a native of Union County, NC and was the son of the late
Ernest and Bessie Crane. He was retired and was previously self
employed in the real estate business. He served in the Navy and was
in World War II. He was of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors
include: son, William E. Crane of Statesville, NC, daughter, Jenny
Rorie of Monroe, NC, twenty three grandchildren, and five great
grandchildren.
He was
preceded in death by: wife, Wilma M. Crane, and daughter, Perry
Ardrey.
Services
will be held Saturday,
March 21,
2009
at 12:00PM at the Marvin Methodist Church in Waxhaw, NC.
