KANTOR BARNETT
Eddie Kantor Barnett, age 70, of Hampton Creek Rd, Roan
Mountain, TN passed away April 11, 2010 at Roan Highland Nursing
Center. He was the son of the late Isaac Walter and Elsie
Collins Barnett. He was retired as a Millwright with Daniels
Construction Company.
Survivors include; sisters, Shirley Sheets of Roan Mountain, TN,
Nancy Corbin and husband Shorty of Catlett, VA, Martha Hill of
Bakersville, NC, Temple Street and husband Larry of Bakersville, NC,
Daisy Pore and husband Pete of Bakersville, NC, half sister, Betty
Adams, of Blountville, TN, brothers, Isaac Barnett and wife Becky of
Durham, NC, Allen Barnett and wife Marquetta of Bakersville, NC,
Randy Barnett and wife Sue of Bakersville, NC, half brother, Lloyd
Barnett of Mobile, LA, many nieces and nephews, special friend,
Patricia Buchanan.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 14 at 2:00PM in
the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Marvin Sheets,
Randy English, and Pete Pore officiating. The family will receive
friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at
Sheets Cemetery (Hampton Creek Rd), Roan Mountain, TN.
The family would like to express a special thanks to the
staff/nurses at Roan Highland Nursing Center.
