I am so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. He was a dear friend of mine and I loved him very much. Loved the old stories he told me when I would come down and do his income tax. Heaven has gained another great one so till I see you again Jim!!

Dearest Sally, Brownie, Molly & Jimmy.
We are so heart broken for each of you. Dude was so special to us & many more! But, I was thinking last summer how sad to see him not be able to do the things he had always done. He will be truly missed by us! But as we all know there are worst things than death...
God has a way preparing & helping all of us, as we approach this hard part of our lives. It is a hard thing when we lose our last parent, but always be glad you had a chance to experience the love from each, whether they were together or alone....it opens our eyes to things we might had never seen before.
We love you all & hate that we can't be there to give you that special hug & pay our last respect to this amazing man! However, each time we where around Dude, we enjoyed & usually gained something from him. Carry on as he would want you to... and thank God each day for allowing such an amazing man to be your father!!!!!

With Sympathy & Much Love,
Gary, Pennie, Jennings & Justin Greene

Sally, Bruce, Molly and family,
You are very fortunate to have Jim Byrd to encourage and love you. He was a kind
and good man who always put you first in all his plans. I was fortunate indeed to
have him as a client and friend for so many years. We will miss him but he will remain in
our hearts.
with kindest regards,
Lloyd Hise

We are so very sorry for your loss. We pray that “the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6, 7) We look forward with you to the time when we will be able to welcome our loved ones back! Sally and Jimmy, I will miss seeing and talking to Mr. Byrd. He sure did love his family and his farm. The memory that makes me smile is summer before last when he was on his 4-wheeler and spraying weeds in the hay field. He was enjoying that pretty sunshine day. He was a sweet heart and always fun to talk to.
